Can’t recommend this company enough. Went through buying my first house with my partner & initially went with an estate agent mortgage advisor before finding out you don’t have to pay their £600 estate agent fees.
Came across this company on Facebook and so glad I did. Every single person I’ve spoken to at YFS have been great & so helpful. They’ve helped us every step of the way from the mortgage in principle to getting the keys to our new house. Craig regularly contacted the solicitors on our behalf to provide us with weekly updates and to push things a long, and the whole thing didn’t cost a penny. Was quick to respond to all enquiries, no long waiting times etc.
